Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Kahn, J.), entered July 27, 1984 in Rensselaer County, which, inter alia, denied defendant Peter Calhoun’s cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and cross claims against him and granted defendant Jesse Reed’s motion for summary judgment on her cross claim against defendant Calhoun.
