This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Seminole Indian Casino-Im-*1253mokalee’s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. #24) filed on March 2, 2015. Plaintiff filed a Response in Opposition on March 16, 2015 (Doc. #25), to which Defendant filed a Reply (Doc. #28). Thereafter, Plaintiff filed a Surreply on April 13, 2015. (Doc. # 29).
