Appeal from the judgment *12of the Supreme Court, New York County (Edwin Torres, J.), rendered July 26, 1990, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree and attempted robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of imprisonment of 8V3 to 25 years and 5 to 15 years, respectively, unanimously held in abeyance and the matter remanded to Supreme Court for a speedy trial hearing.
