Larry Eugene Ward appeals the circuit court’s denial of his Motion to Modify a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO). In accordance with a property settlement incorporated in the parties’ dissolution decree, the QDRO directed payment of part of Mr. Ward’s pension benefits to his former wife, Rita Marie Ward.
