Thomas Casey appeals from a no-evidence summary judgment rendered in favor of Interstate Building Maintenance, Inc. ("Interstate"). After setting out various appellate issues, Casey's contention in the argument section of his brief is that the trial court erred in not granting his motion for continuance.
