This is an appeal by the defendant, Margaret Kempf, from a deficiency decree in the sum of $66,-552.75 entered against her in a real estate foreclosure suit, the subject matter of this litigation.

The theory of the plaintiff is that by the execution of certain extension agreements hereinafter described, the said defendant became personally liable to the plaintiff for the indebtedness secured by the trust deed foreclosed herein. The theory of the defendant, on the other hand, is that when she executed the extension agreements herein, she had no right, title or interest in and to the property…
