¶1 Appellant Geremy Lee Pepper (Pepper) appeals from an order entered in the Twenty-Second Judicial District Court, Carbon County, denying his motion to dismiss. The issue to be determined on appeal is whether Pepper’s statutory right to speedy trial guaranteed under § 46-13-401(2), MCA, was violated. We affirm.

PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
