— Cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court (Cerrito, J.), entered April 20, 1981 in Montgomery County, which, inter alia, denied a motion to permanently seal the report of the April 30, 1979 Grand Jury of Montgomery County, but granted inspection of the entire Grand Jury minutes and exhibits.
