This is an appeal from a judgment confirming a special assessment levied under the provisions of an ordinance of the city of Chicago providing for plastering sub-walls, constructing- granite concrete gutters, a granite concrete combined curb and gutter, grading, and paving with asphalt, North Wood street from Kinzie street to West North avenue.
