POFFENBARGER, JUDGE:
The decree complained of dismissed a bill having for its purpose specific performance of a contract of sale of a certain lot in the town of Welch, having a frontage on Wyoming Street of seventy feet, and a cross-bill, or answer in the nature of a cross-bill, having for its purpose enforcement of specific performance of the same contract for the purchase of only a portion of said lot, having a frontage of fifty feet on Wyoming Street, upon the theory of lack of a complete and enioreible agreement, by reason of failure of the parties to come to an understanding as to the…
