Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Spokane county, Huneke, J., entered May 22, 1913, upon findings in favor of the defendants, dismissing an action for specific performance.

The plaintiffs brought this action to enforce specific performance of a written contract to convey real estate, or, in the alternative, to require the defendants to pay certain lien claims which were established against the property. Upon a trial of the case, the trial court denied the plaintiffs any relief. They have appealed from that judgment.
