During the months of December, 1929, and January, 1930, W.E. Parker became indebted to appellant in the sum of four hundred forty-one dollars and eighty-six cents for coal purchased by Parker from appellant. At that time Parker was the owner of an undivided one-seventh interest in certain real estate described in the bill, and which interest had been inherited by Parker from his father, N.J.
