Before the Court is the Movant’s Motion for Relief from Stay [Doc. No. 11] (the “Motion”) to proceed with the foreclosure of the equity of redemption with respect to Debtor’s residence located at 4690 Kent Road, NW, College Park, Fulton County, GA, 30331 (the “Property”), title to which Movant acquired at a tax sale on February 2, 2010.
