Plaintiff Todd Kreisler has moved to amend the complaint in this matter. For the reasons stated below, the motion is granted.
Background
Kreisler’s original complaint alleged that Patsy’s Pizzeria, located in the defendants’ building, was inaccessible and thus violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12181-12183, as well as similar New York state-law provisions.
