Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Keegan, J.), rendered September 11, 2001 in Albany County, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of attempted assault in the first degree.

Following her involvement in a stabbing incident, defendant was charged with attempted murder in the second degree, assault in the first degree, assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
