Nichols v. State

Plaintiff in error, Clyde Nichols, was convicted in the county court of Osage county, Hominy division, upon information charging that in said county on the 2d day of July, 1924, he did, “unlawfully, wilfully, and wrongfully point a pistol to and at the said Max Bloom,” and in accordance with the verdict of the jury he was sentenced to pay a fine of $50 and to imprisonment in the county jail for three months. To reverse the judgment he appeals.
