The plaintiff brought an action in trespass against the Administrator of the Estate of William J. Doughty, deceased, and the Philadelphia Rapid Transit Company, hereinafter referred to as the company, for damages arising from the death of plaintiff’s wife, Catherine Maguire, in a motor vehicle accident at 2: 30 A. M., on December 7, 1934.
