Plaintiffs/Appellants, employees of the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board, appeal a decision rendered by the Civil Service Commission for the City of New Orleans (“CSC”), whereby the CSC found in favor of the Defendant/Appellee, the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (S&WB). The CSC held that the wages paid to the appellants were consistent with the Civil Service Rules and all other applicable rules and consequently dismissed the employees’ claim of improper compensation.
