In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Board of Education of the City of New York dated March 25, 1987, which terminated the petitioner’s probationary employment, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hurowitz, J.), dated February 2, 1989 which, inter alia, reinstated the petitioner with full salary and status, and denied the appellants’ motion to dismiss the proceeding as time barred.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, with costs, the motion is granted, and the petition is dismissed.
