The defendant appeals as of right from a jury conviction for the crime of resisting arrest, contrary to MCL 750.479; MSA 28.747. The defendant was sentenced to a term of 90 days in the Ottawa County Jail, ordered to pay $300 in court costs, and given 18 months probation.

On April 12, 1977, the 58th District Court, a district of the first class consisting of the County of Ottawa (MCL 600.8128; MSA 27A.8128) issued a warrant for defendant’s arrest on a charge of receiving and concealing stolen property, contrary to MCL 750.535; MSA 28.803.
