Countryside Homes of Lincoln, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, (hereinafter referred to as Countryside Homes), one of the defendants below, appeals to this court from a judgment rendered against it in the District Court of Lancaster County in favor of the plaintiff-appellee, Darlene Jeffres (hereinafter referred to as Darlene). In her brief on appeal Darlene states that her name was incorrectly spelled “Jeffries” in the original petition, but that the correct spelling of her surname is “Jeffres.” Darlene brought this action to recover damages to her mobile home, which she…
