This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court, Chancery Division, which determined that a public right of way or public roadway was established by an open, notorious and adverse user over the lands of the de fendants, describing the same, but reserved a determination as to certain portions of the claimed right of way over open lands until the width and areas of this part of the way had been determined by a surveyor appointed by the court, and denying damages to the plaintiff for the obstruction of the alleged public right of…
