This is an action instituted by the appellees, on behalf of themselves and all other resident property owners similarly situated, against the appellants in the Superior Court of Marion County, Room 5, for a writ of certiorari pursuant to the provisions of § 48-2305, Burns’ 1933, to review the decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Indianapolis in granting appellant, Most Reverend Paul C.
