In this proceeding in which the guardian ad litem for two infants seeks to recover on their behalf funds that were allegedly misappropriated, two of the respondents, American Heritage Federal Credit Union, a Pennsylvania financial institution, and Anoka Hennepin Federal Credit Union, a Minnesota financial institution, each made a separate motion, pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (8), to dismiss the petition for lack of personal jurisdiction.
