These appeals arise out of an automobile collision between an automobile owned and driven by plaintiff and one owned by defendant Hammond Turner and driven by his wife, defendant Hattie Turner. Defendants Harold Yoerg and Stanley Yoerg are copartners operating a milk business under the name of Yoerg’s Dairy. Defendant Barney *3Zak is employed by them as a delivery man and was driving a milk truck owned by them at the scene of the collision.
