Defendant has appealed from a judgment directing specific performance of an option whereby it agreed to make a lease for twenty-one years to plaintiff of a building in New York City. The answer alleges that the option does not set forth all of the terms which the parties had intended to incorporate into the lease some of which, it is asserted, were left to be agreed upon in the future.
