The transcript of record filed in this court on the 2d day of June, 1902, purports to be, according to the certificate of the clerk attached thereto, a true and complete transcript of the proceedings had of record in the circuit court, made in accordance with the praecipe filed. In accordance with the directions of the praecipe the transcript consists only of the proceedings of the court below “since the time of the preparation of the transcript of the record filed in the United States circuit court of appeals on the former appeals in this cause from the decree of June 18, 1892.” It is…
