This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County.

The parties, Barbara A. Russell, plaintiff-appellee, and Gerald R. Russell, defendant-appellant, were married on June 4,1960, at Morrow, Ohio. Appellee filed a complaint seeking a divorce from appellant on May 18, 1982.
