I. INTRODUCTION
Mount Juneau Enterprises, Alaska Trams, Inc., Arnt I. Antonsen, Charles Keen and Karen Keen (collectively Mount Juneau Enterprises) sued the Juneau Empire, contending that two of the newspapers articles libeled them. Mount Juneau Enterprises challenges the superior court’s dismissal of its libel action following the court’s grant of the Juneau Empire’s summary judgment motion as to whether Charles Keen was a public figure and whether the Juneau Empire acted with actual malice.
