ORDER AND MEMORANDUM DECISION

THIS MATTER came before the Court upon the Motion of CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF PLAZA TOWERS SOUTH, INC., Debtor’s Motion to Reject Unexpired Lease. For the reasons set forth below, the Motion is granted.
BACKGROUND
The CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF PLAZA TOWERS SOUTH, INC. (hereinafter PLAZA TOWERS) commenced this proceeding by filing a Chapter 11 Petition on or about June 4, 1984.
