The record of a suit in equity in the circuit court of LaSalle county in which Carrie R. Hempstead, executrix, and Fred H. Haskell, executor, of the last will and testament of Mary E. Mclntire, deceased, were complainants and Charles Marks Broad and others were defendants was filed in this court pursuant to a writ of error sued out by Charles Marks Broad. The record consists of the pleadings, orders and decree. The bill as amended set forth the last will and testament of Mary E.
