GREENHILL, Justice.
The plaintiff, J. E. Campbell, slipped and fell in a Western Auto store in Fort Worth. Among other things, the jury found that Western Auto was negligent in permitting a portion of its floor to be wet or covered with a foreign substance and that this was a proximate cause of Campbell’s injury. It also found that Campbell had been warned of the condition of the floor and that Campbell failed to heed the warning.
