FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

MARY D. SCOTT, Bankruptcy Judge.

THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the trial of the complaint to determine dis-chargeability pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a). The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(a), 1334. The objection to dischargeability is a “core proceeding” within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 157(b) as exemplified- by 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I) such that the Bankruptcy Court may enter judgment on the discharge-ability claim.
