This is an appeal by the Lincoln Joint Stock Land Bank of Lincoln, Nebraska, from the order of the district court for Douglas county sustaining the separate general demurrers of defendants Mary A. Bexten and the First National Bank of Omaha, Nebraska, to its petition, fol*312lowed by a judgment of dismissal as to these defendants on the election of the “Land Bank” to stand on its petition as amended.
