In this interlocutory appeal, the City of Wylie appeals the trial court’s order denying the City’s plea to the jurisdiction. Ap-pellees Chris and Stephanie Taylor filed suit against the City, alleging a damaged subterranean drainage pipe owned by the City, and located partly on the Taylors’ property, caused damage to the Taylors’ home. The City filed a plea to the jurisdiction, arguing governmental immunity barred the appellees’ claims against it, and the trial court denied the plea.
