Respondent (plaintiff) sues for the alleged wrongful death of her husband, J.W. Sullivan, arising out of the alleged negligence of appellant (defendant), in the town of Gideon, Missouri, on September 6, 1919. Her petition charges defendant with negligence in these respects: That, on September 6, 1919, as the said J.W.
