Appeal from a judgment of Supreme Court, Monroe County (Fisher, J.), entered January 20, 2000, convicting defendant after a jury trial of, inter alia, rape in the second degree (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum: We reject defendant’s contention that Supreme Court erred in allowing the prosecutor to elicit evidence concerning uncharged crimes or prior bad acts without seeking a Ventimiglia ruling.
