Joseph L. Williams and wife, joined by J. J. Dimmitt, Jr., sued the Great Southern Life Insurance Company, Phillips Petroleum Company, and Margaret E. Williams, The defendant Margaret E. Williams is the daughter of Joseph L. Williams and wife, and adopted the allegations set out in the plaintiffs’ petition as against the appellant, and further alleged that she was the holder of notes secured by a lien upon the property, which lien is subsequent to the one held by the Great Southern Life Insurance Company.
