Plaintiff is a statistician. During one evening she did some work for appellant Grant Advertising, Inc. (hereafter called Grant), at its offices in the Empire State Building. Grant had contracted with appellants Barry and *580Ruckell, doing business as Barrue Floor Finishing Go. (hereafter called Barrue), to clean and wax the floors.
