Knutson v. Dickson

PLAINTIFFS in error, plaintiffs below, brought suit in ejectment against Dickson who was in possession of certain premises described in the complaint. Plaintiffs asserted title to the property by virtue of a tax deed of date March 17, 1938, duly executed and delivered to them by the county treasurer.
