On November 12, 2004, following a jury trial in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Scott Giacini was convicted of trafficking in methamphetamine, 1 a felony (Count 1); possession of MDMA (Ecstasy), 2 a felony (Count 2); and driving with a suspended license, 3 a misdemeanor (Count 3). He was sentenced to ten years to serve on Count 1, two years on Count 2 and twelve months on Count 3, each sentence to be served concurrently.
