This is an action in equity for the specific performance of an option in a lease to purchase the leased premises. Demurrers to the bill, having been sustained without leave to amend, the chancellor signed orders dismissing the bill of the plaintiff, BioRamo Drug Company, Inc., (Bio-Ramo or tenant), against the defendants, Samuel T. Abrams (Abrams or landlord) and Johanna Abrams, his wife. Bio-Ramo has appealed.
