Alaa Al-Sadawi appeals from a judgment of conviction in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Garaufis, J.) on charges of currency violations and conspiracy. 1 On appeal, Al-Sadawi principally challenges two evidentiary rulings by the District Court as well as his sentence. We affirm the conviction, finding the evidentiary errors to have been harmless. However, we remand to the District Court to determine whether to resentence in accordance with United States v.
