This is a suit for damages in tort alleging that an employee of a nonprofit country club was injured when the negligence of a member of the Board of Directors of the country club caused the club stove to explode and injure the employee. Made de*923fendants in the suit were the director, his personal liability insurer and the country club’s insurer. The director and his personal insurer filed a peremptory exception pleading the objections of no cause of action and no right of action and filed a motion for summary judgment.
