McMurray, Presiding Judge.

Defendant was convicted of violating the “Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act” and for the offense of making a false insurance claim. He was given a 20-year probated sentence for violating the RICO Act and a one-year probated sentence for making a false insurance claim. The sentences were to run concurrently and, as a condition of probation, the trial judge ordered defendant to pay a $7,500 fine and to pay a probation fee of $20 per month. ($6,000 of the $7,500 fine was to be paid as restitution to the Georgia Mutual Insurance Company.)…
