Domingo R. Pompa Benavides and Concepcion Arredondo de Benavides filed a motion in this Court on September 8, 1959, asking for an extension of thirty days within which to file the transcript and statement of facts in this Court in the above styled cause. The majority of this Court have granted this motion. I do not concur in this action. The motion does not meet the requirements of Rule 386, T.R.
