PEEWITT, Chief Judge.

Following jury trial defendant was convicted of driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated. § 577.010, ESMo Supp.1984. As a “prior offender”, see § 577.023.1(3), ESMo Supp.1984, he was sentenced to ten days in the county jail. He appeals, presenting three points for consideration.

Defendant’s first point is twofold. He contends the trial court erred in allowing on the day of trial the endorsement of Highway Patrol Sergeant Bill Haver as a witness on the information and in allowing him to testify as to the results of a test he conducted on the breathalyzer machine because…
