This is an appeal by Jacob Lerner, petitioner, to review an order of the District Court confirming the report of the special master, to whom the matter was referred, holding that two chattel mortgages were void because they were not executed by the owner of the chattels and the affidavits of tlie mortgagees did not comply with the requirements of the Chattel Mortgage Act of Now Jersey.
