KENNERLY, District Judge.

This is a suit by the United States of America to take for public use certain lands on Galveston Island, in Galveston County, in this District and Division, including Tracts 27, 27A, 27B, and 43, alleged to be owned by a group of persons referred to for convenience as Landowners.1 The land has already been taken by the Government, and the amount of compensation that the Landowners shall receive for such Tracts has either been found or agreed upon, and those matters are not now presented.
