In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, etc., the defendants Allen Goodman, Storch, Sheinbrot & Singer, Physicians, EC., and Storch, Sheinbrot & Singer, EC., appeal *1141from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dabiri, J.), dated June 12, 2009, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
